Bypassing Network Connection and Microsoft Account During Windows 11 Installation (OOBE\BYPASSNRO)

This method lets you complete Windows 11 setup without internet or Microsoft account (useful for labs and VM builds).

Step 1 - Start Windows 11 installation
Boot and proceed normally until you reach the screen: “Let’s connect you to a network”

Step 2 - Open Command Prompt
Press: Shift + F10, Command Prompt window will appear.

Step 3 - Run the bypass command
Type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO

Then press Enter, the system will automatically reboot.

Step 4 - Continue setup after reboot

After reboot:
1. Proceed through OOBE again
2. At the network screen you will now see “I don’t have internet”
3. Click it

Step 5 - Choose offline account
1. Click “Continue with limited setup
2. Create local user
3. Finish the installation

Result
Windows 11 setup completes using a local account without requiring internet or a Microsoft account.
